About me
I'm Md. Jahirul Islam, a freelancer based in Bangladesh, working remotely — and working with clients in the US, Canada, UK, Australia, Europe, the Middle East and here at home in Bangladesh.
I started with websites, then added graphic design and video editing because most businesses need all three — and hiring three different people slows everything down. The live sites in my work section above — like the JohirMart online store and the Onibar Furniture website — are projects I designed and built myself, running on their own domains.
You'll always deal with me directly — no agency, no hand-offs. I communicate in clear, simple English and send progress updates as I work, so you're never guessing where your project stands.
How much does a project cost? +
It depends on size, so I quote a fixed price after a short brief — before any work starts. No hourly meter running, no surprise charges. Small jobs (a logo, one video edit, a landing page) are priced per project.
How fast can you deliver? +
A single video edit or design is usually a few days; a small website about a week once I have your content. I'll give you a delivery date in the quote and update you if anything changes.
I'm in the US — how do we work across time zones? +
Easily: we communicate in writing (email or chat), I work while you're asleep, and drafts are waiting in your inbox in the morning. Time zones become an advantage, not a problem.
What do you need from me to start? +
Just the basics: what you're selling, any text/photos/video you already have, and examples of styles you like. If you don't have content yet, tell me — I can work from what you give me and flag what's missing.
Can I start with a small test project? +
Yes — that's the smart way to start. One video, one page or one design first. If you like the work, we continue with the bigger project.
Do I own the finished work? +
Yes. Delivery includes the final files plus the source files, so you can reuse, reprint or hand the work to someone else later — you're never locked in.
What if I don't like the first draft? +
Tell me what to change — revisions are included until the work matches the brief we agreed on at the start. That's why we agree the brief and fixed quote in writing first: both of us know exactly what "done" looks like.
